My Integration

I have moved through quiet pain and sudden insight, learning to care for both my dark and bright parts. Sometimes avoiding felt safer; unhealed wounds guided my choices and dulled my light. Gradually I noticed what was hidden—the old stories, unmet needs, and fear that being seen might cost me belonging. Naming these softened me; gentle attention repaired what felt torn. I learned shadow is not an enemy but a messenger, and listening returned power instead of shame.

As defenses eased, my gifts grew bolder. Where I once hushed my voice, I now speak with clarity and kindness. Where I once dimmed, I let my light fill the space—warm, steady, mindful. This balance took practice: facing grief without drowning, enjoying joy without fleeing. Being visible did not break me; it renewed me and deepened my connection to myself and others.

My path shows true light comes from holding shadow and light together—grounded, whole, and ready to share the radiance I was always meant to give.
